STEEL Foundations Training Co. provides private, small-group welding training designed for everyone—from hobbyists picking up a torch for the first time to experienced trade professionals looking to sharpen advanced skills. Our programs focus on hands-on instruction, personalized coaching, and real shop experience, allowing each student to develop practical welding skills in a focused learning environment.

Unlike traditional trade school programs that can take 7–18 months to complete, SFT offers an accelerated, performance-based training model designed to build core welding fundamentals in a short-term, highly focused format. Students learn essential skills in welding safety, equipment setup, material preparation, and welding process fundamentals through structured hands-on training that mirrors real fabrication environments. Students will recieve an Offical Certificate of Completion.
